Tracy Loosemore is an operations leader with over 20 years of experience in higher education, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. Holding an MBA in Executive Management with a specialization in Leadership, Tracy excels at guiding teams through change, building consensus, and implementing solutions that drive results. Known for fostering collaboration and valuing stakeholder input, she inspires teams to seize opportunities and overcome challenges in dynamic environments.
At Western since 2018, Tracy leads the Advancement Operations team, ensuring their multi-faceted expertise is combined to help Western’s advancement efforts run effectively, strategically and consistently toward achieving its goals. She’s proud to help inspire donor and alumni support for an institution that drives positive change.

Advancement Operations is this foundation, serving as a strategic partner responsible for a wide range of functions that help ensure the success of both the Alumni Relations and Development teams. By leveraging data-driven insights, broad expertise and innovative solutions, we advise on the best ways to engage stakeholders and where our efforts will have the most impact. And through technology, finance, prospect management and human resource support, our team empowers the entire division to succeed in their individual roles and as a cohesive unit.
