Sarah Dawson is an accomplished alumni relations leader who has dedicated her career to strengthening the lifelong bond between Western University and its graduates around the world. With more than two decades of experience in higher education, she brings deep expertise in building strategic partnerships, inspiring volunteer leadership, and fostering alumni engagement that advances Western’s mission and reputation.
Known for her collaborative approach and ability to connect vision with action, Sarah leads a talented team committed to creating meaningful opportunities for alumni to engage, contribute, and celebrate their shared Western experience. Her work is driven by a belief in the enduring power of education and community and in the difference a connected alumni network can make for students, the university, and the world.
